1. How is my gift wrapped and packaged?
Your Biagio the Jewelllers piece is gift wrapped by hand in a luxury box with beautiful
ribbons and gift card with our compliments. There is no delivery charge added to your order.
2. How do I get my Biagio the Jewellers gift engraved?
Biagio the Jewellers gifts can be hand or machine engraved. Many styles are available to choose from and we offer the engraving of a specialist seal or family crest service.

4. How will my order be shipped?
Orders are dispatched by Royal Mail Special Delivery to the cardholders address and will require the cardholders signatory. This will be used as proof of delivery. The cardholders needs to be available to sign for the delivery. If someone without authority signs for the purchase at the cardholders address, it will not be the responsibility of Biagio the Jewellers.
5. Can orders be placed outside the UK or delivered outside the UK?
No, we only take orders and deliver to the cardholders address in the UK.
6. How can I check on an order I placed with Biagio the Jewellers.com?
You can check on your account for a list of your orders with current status, edit your stored addresses/e-mail/password under the area My Account
7. How can I return or exchange an unwanted item?
6.2 You can return goods you have ordered from us for any reason at any time within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. The costs of returning goods to us shall be borne by you.
6.3 Upon receipt of the goods we will give you a full refund of the amount paid or an exchange credit as required.
6.4 The rights to return the goods to us as referred to in clause 6.3 will not apply in the following circumstances: -
In the event that the product has been used
To any products that we have made or customised specifically for you
6.5 This refund policy refers only to on-line purchases and therefore is not applicable to purchases made in our retail outlets.
The provisions of this clause 6.4 do not affect your statutory rights.
8. When can I expect my order to be delivered?
Normally we would deliver orders within 7-10 days subject to stock availability. If your order is likely to be delayed we will contact you immediately.
3.2 Our acceptance of an order takes place when we despatch the order. We will send you a despatch confirmation by email. When we despatch the order the purchase contract will be made even if your payment has been processed immediately, unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled your order.
9. How do I know when my order has been received?
3.1 You are deemed to place an order with us by ordering via our online checkout process. As part of our checkout process you will be given the opportunity to check your order and to correct any errors. We will send you an order acknowledgement, detailing the products you have ordered.
